Makin' a FPS Config (Or at least trying to)

Hey guys this is Reimu here trying to make my own fps config. and what i'm going to show you here is some screen shots of it on cp_badlands~

Now of course for this config there has to be a problem right? yeah there is. This config requires the use of a mat command called mat_picmip, this config uses picmip 4 and of course the douches count this as a sv_cheat so i'm still trying to find a way to fix this problem without using RivaTurner (since it doesn't work for me anyways) i'll post a download link to this soon :3
